RemarksI was out doing telemetry on an owl. I was sitting in a chair with my head turned away from it and my eyes closed. It was so bright it lit up my eye lids. I didn't hear a car coming down the road but that was my first thought. I opened my eyes and turned my head quickly. I only saw it for a few seconds before it disappeared behind the mountains so I can't say for sure how long it was for. It was extremely bright and looked to be extremely large almost eclipsing the moon as they met on the horizon.
