Remarks | There were approximately 5 -8 booms over a period of approximately 10 seconds. The booms were unexpected and delayed from the time the meteor began breaking up by a guess of 4 minutes. The booms did seem to correspond to the breaking up of the single bright white meteor into many smaller yellow and orange pieces. as it appear angling down towards earth's horizon. There was also a lasting smoke trail in the sky that I took some photos of at 5:08 am that looked like swirls. |

Remarks | The flash was like a spotlight or lightning short in duration , 1 second that the lit up the area and drew our attention to the meteor location. |
