Remarksthis was really unusual, not super bright, maybe magnitude 0, but 3 of us all saw it, easily 10 seconds to traverse from low north to low south, peaking at 30 degrees when due east, tumbling and sparkling slowly across the sky in a tubular ionization cloud. both amateur astronomers agreed was likely a rocket booster or similar space junk.
