Experience Level2/5
RemarksPrior to my observation. I decided to take Gilman Hot Springs Rd towards the 79 to avoid freeway traffic. About a mile or two before approaching the turn off for the 79. I felt a low humming vibration in my vehicle. Looked around my vehicle quickly. Then looked out the window off my vehicle.Saw a neon reddish tail. And as quickly as I saw the red. It went greenish yellow. Then looked like it had shattered into sparks. I know how deceptive distance can be at nite as well as day time. But it looked to be about a 1/4 mi from the road itself. And maybe around 500 feet or so up in the sky.If I closed one eye. And put my fingers up to give a size. I'd estimate it at the size of a quarter.
