I was so lucky to see it through a gap in my curtains as it woke me instantly because of the brightness. I didn't know what it was at first and was a little worried as I could only see the explosive flash before it was out of my view. Recalling the Rusdian meteor I suspected that and waited for any impact noise, but as none came jumped out of bed to see anything else. I'm absolutely thrilled to have witnessed the event.
