RemarksIt was simply beautiful. Although I did not have time to make a wish, I did have time to realize what it was - brilliant and blinding in the night sky. It arc-ed from zenith towards south over 3 < t < 5 seconds for sure.

RemarksThe ball seemed to increase in size somewhat like a mini explosion, edges turned slightly yellow and then it vanished over trees almost due south. Possibly fragmented.

RemarksThere may have been small bits coming off the end of the fireball, but I did see some horizontal expansion as it came down towards the horizon indicating possible explosion etc.
