RemarksI had a clear view of this event and it was absolutely beautiful! Huge fireball with a firey tail, seemed like it was flying much lower than a passenger jet though I imagine it wasn't, really. I bet if it could have been measured, it would have been enormous! :-)

RemarksThe trail/train looked like it was on fire, colored white and orange. I didn't see any smoke. As it travelled toward the west, it looked like the trail disappeared completely and all I saw was a ball of shimmering light. Buildings and trees blocked my view from that point on. There was no sound or boom. It reminded me of the Apollo 13 movie when the astronauts re-enter the atmosphere.
