RemarksThis meteor passed right over my head and I got a very good, close look at it. It was very large and moved slowly across the sky. I believe that it entered the sky above Salt Lake City, UT and dispersed far after Ogden, UT, heading almost directly North but just slightly West. It lasted for just slightly under a minute. This was the most amazing cosmic event that I have ever seen!

RemarksThe train, at the height that it was at, probably lasted for miles in the sky. The train itself had a white/light yellow color and got more orange/yellow the closer it was to the source, and as it faded out, it seemed to have a green tint to it. Also, as it died out, the train shortened and had a more orange/red glow, until it finally disappeared behind a fence in the far distance.
