RemarksThis sighting took me aback and I am actually wondering if I saw a plane or satellite burning up because when I spotted it, it didn't just suddenly appear, but seemed to have been there traveling already and it came into my view when it passed by a tree. It looked to be way out there, but the flying object, which wasn't that bright was huge, and the flaming and very bright train was even larger. There was no break in the objects trajectory, and I must note that the reason I couldn't see it any more after ten seconds was because it went behind Rendesvouz Mountain (which is 10,500 ft). (I was standing at 6,200 ft in the valley, so I considered the mountains my horizon). The brightness and width of the train did not fade whatsoever as the object flew behind the mountain, and it was constant, no flashes or booms. It was very unusual and even disconcerting to me. Let me know if it wasn't a meteor.
