Experience Level1/5
RemarksIt was incredible. I thought it was a shooting star at first, but it was huge and very bright and lasted way longer than any shooting star I've seen--moving across the horizon with a long reddish tail. I was talking on the phone to a friend and described it and she is the one who told me it was probably a comet, though now I think it was a meteor. Awesome experience.
