RemarksWe were inside sitting on the couch facing west. We saw two bright flashes of light, so bright the house lit up when its usually pitch black at that time of night. I thought it was flash lightning at first but my partner knew exactly what it was and explained that it couldn't possibly have been as there were no clouds that night. The angles, colours and projection are all guesstimates because we didn't actually see it in detail.
