RemarksI was at the ocean but not facing it. I could see the ocean to my right if I turned my head. Was hard to tell where on the horizon it was since I could not see it. It felt extremely close and like it was right near the ground. Obviously it was not but seemed like it. It was so large in size and so bright that the person I was with had his eyes closed and he saw the bright green light and quickly opened his eyes. I have never seen anything like it. I saw the ball and it made a trail but happened so fast and had no clue what I was seeing that I am not sure if the trail was there after the ball went dark or not.
