RemarksI was driving a car down a road through a winding canyon with my adult daughter, who also saw it. The fireball appeared very low and close, although it was probably much further away than it seemed. It was large enough, and appeared close enough that when it went beyond our view, we were waiting to see if we would hear a bang or crashing sound. I am not sure about the brightness, but it was a very bright mint green appearing ball at the front, and it's tail gradually went to a white appearance. I also saw a huge one from a different location in Thousand Oaks, Ca., in 1994 at about 1:00 am on January 2nd, that I never reported. I will never forget that one. My guess is that it went into the Pacific ocean.
