RemarksI did not actually see this. I heard it. This is my first ever report, so my indications of position and direction may be off substantially without witnessing it. I am trying to indicate what others have reported on-line, and there is a lot of documentation around this event on-line, including a few videos that have surfaced since the event. There are many doorbell type videos that recorded the sound all around Salt Lake City (many people thought it was an earthquake). Some videos like the one I attached caught the actual fireball. The National Weather Service claims to have caught the event as false lightning strike detections. There were also seismic detectors that caught the sonic boom. Tons of data on this event, and I did not see it reported on this site.
