Remarks | I have no astronomy experience, however I have seen “shooting stars” before and this didn’t appear like anything I had seen. When it flashed, it lit up the whole sky. I figured it might have been a meteor? A few other local people saw it and posted it on the town Facebook page. One guy reported a green flash others reported white like me. I was wondering if you guys find out what it is, if I could get an email back with maybe what I saw? I don’t know how that works. Thank you |

Remarks | At first it appeared as if it was bright shooting star. But at the end right before it disappeared, it seemed to expand and flash a bright white light and break into 2 separate balls of light. Then it disappeared. |
