RemarksI'm not sure if I clicked on the website properly regarding direction, so will say that the fireball caught my eye out of my west-facing living room window. It was the biggest and brightest fireball I've ever seen (if indeed that's what it was). It was round (about the size of the moon) and then dwindled in brightness momentarily before getting brighter again as it headed towards the horizon. It seemed to be travelling roughly from south to north west. I only saw it directly for about 2 seconds.
