Observer
NameHoward W
Experience Level3/5
RemarksI live in rural Cumbria and in the early hours of 14th April @ approx 0.45 Hrs I went downstairs and whilst passing a window which faces SW I saw the brightest falling 'star' drop, quite slowly, from West to East to judge it by previous 'shooting stars' I have seen, through the thin cloud below the bright moon, roughly to the South of me, it was brighter and whiter than the almost full moon.Previous sightings of 'shooting stars' have been very high up and brief, where as this moved relatively slowly and looked as if it could be in our immediate area
