I'm not certain of exact time. I thought it was a low flying airplane when I saw it out of the corner of my eye but it moved way faster. I had full view of it for a few seconds and then the flash happened. I waited for a sound, I didn't hear anything but about 5 seconds after all the dogs in the area started howling
