RemarksVery large chunk of rock with 2-3 roughly square segments. Ringed by red, and leaving a trail which looked like vapor and lasted only a second or so. No boom, no flash, seemed very low. Three others saw it with me, and can verify the time within 3 minutes as we were looking for the ISS over the Cape Cod Bay.
