RemarksWe weren't looking for anything, just driving home. It wasn't really dark yet, just after dusk. I also wasn't paying too much attention to the time. We drove up a little hill and the meteorite was so unusually large and bright (and relatively slow, indicating it was atmospheric) that it just jumped out at us. Only the second such event I've seen in my nearly 60 years.
