This was during the super "pink moon" in the direction of the moon (south south East from where we were looking or just to the right of the moon) and there was cloud cover. We could not see any other star in the sky.

It was a bright "shooting star right by the full moon then an explosion of orange and yellow then it "fell" for about one more second
