Remarks I am not sure on the degree but by finger it was about an inch or about a knuckle and a half. Looked Like a upside down snow cone . It was glowing whit and just appeared in my front view of my cab just moments after I dropped a passenger off. It may have had a blue haze on outside edges. I wanna say I saw it break up but it was gonna so quick I really cant be sure.i called my dispatcher steve Mitchell at city cab in oshkosh WI. May come up as Cabulance .
