RemarksThe first degree measurement I provided may not be accurate. I don't know what it was asking for, but whatever was in the sky was headed north. It was going so fast I only saw it for a few seconds. It passed to the West of me. I could better explain it's position in the sky if I had a better understanding of what the measurements were looking for.

RemarksIt looked as though the bright white parts were spinning. There were multiple bright white parts it was spinning slow enough that I could tell there were multiple bright white parts, but I couldn't tell how it was spinning because it happened so fast.
