RemarksMy daughter and I both saw it at once. We were almost to Ludington Michigan on US-31 heading North about 1/2 of a mile from US 10. A large bright glowing ball with shades of yellow and orange red fell straight down behind the tree line. We were shocked! I called 911 in call an aircraft fell crashing but realized plane don’t go straight down usually. I told them I was afraid it would have left a fire in the woods. It seemed not far but it was dark and we couldn’t really gauge that. Let me know if you find out what it was. I put it on my Facebook and I wasn’t the only one who saw it.
