RemarksIt was remarkable... nothing like I have ever seen. Was with 3 other friends cooking dinner in a campsite after an evening mountain bike ride. Very clear sky and very little light pollution. We also witnessed a second large shooting star or what I'd now describe as a fire ball approx 20 minutes later. It was directly to the south of the first, appeared further away and was higher in the skyn not as big as the first fireball but was still much bigger than any shooting start any of us had ever witnessed (next second to the initial fire ball). The second fire ball was not accompanied by and sound or sonic boom. Very curious to know more about what we saw, it was amazing. Great website btw!
