RemarksBright blue meteor that I first noticed in a window reflection- looked at it in time to see it expand to about 1/3-1/4 the size of a full moon (when the moon is the largest on the horizon). Very slow moving as though it was coming towards or going away from me. It didn't split into multiple targets, it "blossomed" into a very circular, Corona type shape.
