RemarksThought exploding star was going to continue onto land as it approached horizon. It did not fragment. Arched entry in Southern sky with bright fire trail /light that got larger as it approached horizon and caused a bigger, brighter explosion. My son saw multiple colors. I saw mostly red / yellow.
