This report has been linked to the following event: Event 4770-2018
Observer
NameNick R
Experience Level2/5
RemarksSeems most likely to have been a meteor re-entering. Was very fast, unexpected against metropolitan sky to the south of Manchester possibly SW. In general direction of airport 10 miles away but 100% not an aircraft- too fast and bright and direction if an aircraft would have been catastrophic.
