RemarksMy 10 yr old daughter and I were exiting the building when we saw it. I didnt see it the first few moments because we we're looking at a bush. I think we may have seen it sooner if we did not look at the bush. It was very big and close. The time I gave was an estimation. I was sometime between 8:00-8:40 pm
