RemarksI looked up and saw it crossing the sky from behind me. It disappeared over the trees on a hill in front of me. It was the biggest and brightest falling star, meteor, etc, I have ever seen. It was shaped like a long teardrop. The center was darker colored, blues, reds and oranges with a lighter orange and yellow outer glow.
