RemarksThe brightness of it streaking through the sky caught and held my eye. At first I thought it was a shooting star until, I guess it hit our atmosphere and \"blew up, or Blew out\" in this case. There was a very bright long blue streak across the sky, approx. 2-5 sec., then it just blew outwards in a very big bright blue, then fading to a lighter blue, circle which combined lasted approx. 2-3 sec. The circle expanded out growing as it went then just disappeared. After the circle formed no more blue trails proceeded forward, it just vanished, and not over the horizon just disappeared in plain sight. I had a clear look at it and it very much excited me. One of the coolest things I have ever seen.
