This report has been linked to the following event: Event 4590-2017
Observer
NameADRIAN A
Experience Level2/5
RemarksUnusually clear night, and I had gone to my car for papers. I stopped to look at the stars, and was looking straight at the area of the sky when the meteorite appeared in front of me. Within about a second, it turned from a green line to a brilliant green flash, and disappeared. I have seen many shooting stars over the years (eg Orionids, Perseids), but never anything as bright or colourful as this one.
