Brighter than the sun, I have never experienced or seen any thing like it before, except for Russian dash cam footage years ago. No sound until 8 or so seconds after light burned out.

Bright Blinding White Flash
5 to 8 seconds after light burned out, I heard a low rumble thru the ground, similar to thunder far away. I don't think it was from the U.P.S. Jets that I some times hear after midnight. The sky was very clear and I did not see any jets.
Fire ball was brightest overhead and then quickly burned out splitting a burning piece off towards the South East and then, no more light could be seen any where in the sky. Train degree may not be correct.
I was facing my lap top screen when the blinding flash of light over exposed everything in the room. Large windows in the room with no blinds closed.
I was inside 3 feet from a large 5' by 5' foot bay window and ran outside back door ( 4' feet away from where I was sitting) to see the dimming trail heading due North. Light Flash was so bright I thought it was the end of the world and a Nuclear Bomb had just detonated in the Southern Sky above my back yard.
