RemarksI was surprised how long it was visible. (10 to 15 seconds at least). I was headed west and saw it streaking accros from north to south. It was the brightness that first caught my attention and as it got directly west (my best view.) it got very bright and grew an orange and yellow tail that looked like fire trailing behind the bright white ball. Then the tail seemed to disappear as it continued lower on the horizon. My last views were through the trees as it skimmed the horizon.
