RemarksI observed this event via a monitor for a weather camera. All I saw was a very bright flash, just a few degrees above the horizon. I did not see a streak in (trail), so no angle noted. The direction from the cam to the object was a little east of due south or about 178* give or take a couple of degrees. The visibility was good. Distance out over the water and beyond St George Island estimated to be something around 100 miles, give or take 25.
