RemarksThis appeared VERY close, like it was directly over top of the building in front of me. Wasn’t fast. Faded out quickly in front of me. Released what looked like 3-5 sparks from the back end before it faded out. Faded out in maybe a half second. Would have been in the 11:00 position when it went dark based on direction I was facing.
