I was driving my tractor trailer south on route 13 in DE and it entered my vision out the drivers side window and it was bright white moving fast and seemed to dip a little once ut got to the front window and it disappeared as fast as it came almost like it went poof and turned off. It seemed to be almost parallel to my truck and it seemed like it was not that much higher than the trees.
