RemarksThis was a random sighting. I'm not familiar with astronomy at all and I would likely be able to better describe this by voice conversation. I only located this site because I found the link after looking it up on my local news website in hopes that we weren't the only ones that saw this "shooting star". My children and I watched it as we drove on Route 519 in White Township. It actually appeared to us that it stopped in a field across from a local orchard. We were on the phone at the time and described it as possibly a shooting star. It was unlike anything I've seen before and left me perplexed. My children were thrilled by it. My son actually first asked if it was a small ufo. I'm thankful that we saw this. It broke up our otherwise uneventful shopping trip :)
