Experience Level2/5
RemarksIt was so bright (with short blue flames shooting from the sides of the rounded front end) and seemed so close I was alarmed. It traveled from north east heading south west. It went out of my line of sight from the bathroom window, so I saw it for only a short time. As my bed faces south, I checked the southern horizon for a long time, worried it could start a fire storm if it landed, as we have drought conditions and huge wildfire problems. The windows were closed, so I couldn't hear anything even if there had been a sound. It was fascinating even if a bit frightening.
