Remarks
Truly thought it was a midair explosion given the size and brightness of the flash. Did not see any ball shape or trajectory just the gigantic sudden flash of light in the sky. Was sitting drinking coffee looking out the North window at the time.

It was a large bright flash of light similar to camera flash to something exploding midair. Originally thought there was a plane explosion as was seen on flight path from Calgary airport
