Persistent train | |
---|---|
Observation | Yes |
Duration | 5s |
Length | 20° |
Remarks | The train was blue and green, appeared to be coming off a bright white object. After the bright white part stopped glowing what was left behind was a faint gray trail. The direction of the trail also changed. I initially saw it coming downward and after it burned out and the bright white and blue/green color was no longer visible, the gray trail left behind was horizontal to the horizon. |

Observation | Yes |
Remarks | I happened to already be looking at the sky when it happened and the flash was so bright my initial instinct was that it was like lightning. |
