Reports Report 4280a (Event 4280-2020)

This report has been linked to the following event: Event 4280-2020
Observer
NameJohn B
Experience Level2/5
RemarksWhen I first saw it, it was approximately straight up (or perhaps very slightly behind me), and extremely bright (>venus and >ISS). It moved (for me) surprisingly slowly, moving only ~10deg in the ~5sec of observation. After a few seconds it gradually faded completely. The local time of observation I gave (23:00) is a rough guess as I didn't note it at the time, but it was fairly dark already (so likely later than 22:30) and was definitely before midnight. I would be interested if anyone else has reported seeing this same object.
